Æther is a blend of threads consisting of two stout bases, both of which are barrel-aged. The first thread was our Princess Lily stout base, aged in a 10-year Willet Estate barrel and then in a Far North Minnesota Rye barrel. The second thread was our SB1 stout base, aged in a 10-year Four Roses barrel, and then in a Williquors Barrel Pick of a Far North Maryland Rye barrel. After blending, we conditioned it on house-toasted coconut, Madagascar vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon. 13% ABV.
